Compared to the last one, I like this color scheme better. The composition of this one is also better. Even though the last one wasn't a bad composition, this one just seems to "pop" more. I like how the "light flecks" are a variety of different colors, too.

The one thing that bugs me is that the flower doesn't seem very solid. I think this could probably be fixed by altering your imaging settings, specifically, raising both apo's brightness and gamma a tad. It might also help to move the postxform of the blur transform around a bit so that the "highlight" is concentrated more on the petal centers than petal edges. Obviously I can't be sure about that one since I haven't seen the params; it's more of just a hunch from working with blooms myself. But the imaging differences would probably go a long way!

Last but not least, I think you have the pitch at just the perfect amount here. It's "toward the viewer" enough to see the details, but tilted enough to still give a strong sense of 3d! Good eye!
